Frequently Asked Questions
-
Nutritional Response Testing analysis is completed through working with the body's autonomic nervous system. Nutritional Response Testing analyzes different surface areas of the body, the flow of energy in each organ, and organ function in relation to the rest of the body. Each area of the body that provides a response represents a specific organ, tissue, or function, and indicates the effect that energy/lack of energy, is having on the body. By testing these organs/areas of the body, practitioners monitor your body at each visit. This monitoring helps to identify precisely what the body needs, any adjustments that are required to the personalized plan, as well as our progress on meeting those needs.
-
The next step is called The Personalized Health Improvement Program. This step entails testing specific, proven, highest-possible quality nutritional formulas against those weak areas that were identified in the Analysis step. This process determines which formulas will bring the organ/areas back to strength.
We use designed clinical nutrition to correct the cause of the problem, so that the body can correct itself. Because the body has the ability to heal itself, all we have to do is determine what it needs and then give it the space and nutritional supplements to do so.
-
Practitioners use "Designed Clinical Nutrition" to help the body to heal itself.
"Designed" means that the nutritional plan is prepared based on a specific plan, tailored to each client.
"Clinical" means that results obtained from this method of practice during clinical use or in actual practice on a large number of patients over many years have been monitored and examined.
"Nutrition" means real food supplements, which was designed by nature to enable the body to repair itself and function in a healthy manner.
The supplements are mostly concentrated whole foods, in a tablet, capsule, or powder form. These supplements are processed in a way that preserves all of the active enzymes and vital components that make it work as it does in nature.
-
The difference comes down to whole foods vs. synthetic/manufactured vitamins. Let's look at the example of a whole food--carrots. Carrots are high in Vitamin A Complex. A "complex" is something made up of many different parts that work together. Synthetic Vitamin A does not contain the whole "Vitamin A Complex" found in nature. So, if we were looking for a food high in Vitamin A, carrots might be one of our choices.
If you were deficient in any of the components of Vitamin A Complex, it would be helpful to take a supplement that is made from whole foods rich in this complex - not from chemicals re-engineered that contains part of the Vitamin A Complex. These engineered products do not correct existing imbalances in the body, unlike the whole food supplements used with Nutrition Response Testing.
-
The deficiencies found through the Analysis step of Nutritional Response Testing may be due to different reasons: your past personal eating habits, eating routines, or the lack of quality in the foods commercially available.
-
Your Nutritional Response Testing practitioner may also recommend specific changes to your diet or specific exercises/lifestyle changes for the best possible results- again, tailored specifically to you.
